As a member of the Communications Team within Private Wealth Management (PWM), you will oversee a variety of operational and project management activities to support compelling and timely communication to branch network associates.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the team's ongoing communication efforts by helping write and publish content, including emails, calendar invites, news stories, talking points, presentations and more.
  • Provide tactical support during complex change initiatives, acquisitions and/or significant events.
  • Proactively collaborate with a wide variety of partners to execute a centralized email communication channel to ensure relevant and timely updates.
  • Help maintain the master communications calendar for optimal prioritization, sequencing, flow and understanding of upcoming opportunities.
  • Lead the team's efforts to track and report on analytics that drive the communication strategy. Support the creation, maintenance and interpretation of detailed tracking mechanisms. Proactive collection of verbal/anecdotal feedback from the branch network.
  • Identify operational improvements to standardize our partnership model, audit communication channels for peak performance/reach and maintain tools/templates.
  • QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in a support role demonstrating effective communications skills; prior experience in marketing and communications is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including grammar, editing and proofing). Knowledge of AP Style is also a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once and produce results with accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment and with associates at all levels of the firm.
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT OPERATED:

    Administrative or clerical occupation in which the employee is primarily involved with sedentary work. While performing the duties of this job, the associate frequently sits at a desk (75% of the day) while typing, opening mail and answering phones, and is occasionally required to stand/walk. Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling items such as paperwork, copy paper, boxes of office supplies and office equipment weighing up to 20 lbs. may be required. The associate uses the hands routinely to operate the keyboard and deal with paperwork. Successful performance requires specific visual abilities that include close vision.
