- Perform 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM).
- Remove pacing wires, chest tubes, and drains.
- Manage care coordination for patients.
- Conduct new and follow-up consults.
- Handle occasional admissions and discharges.
- Provide post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients.
- Manage patients with pacemakers.
- See 10-18 patients per day.
- Required Board Certifications: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
- EMR System: Epic
- Cases include: CTS Stepdown unit
