Executive Assistant: High-Level Executive Support & Internal Communications Expertise

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and C-Suite, blending advanced organizational and project management responsibilities with internal communications execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Business Administration required
• 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives/C-Suite leaders

1. Provide calendar management/scheduling/meeting/travel arrangements for the CEO/C-Suite
2. Serve as gatekeeper for calls/correspondence/emails on behalf of the CEO
