Client service representative responsible for managing incoming communications via shared inboxes from borrowers lenders and title vendors. Work with a wide client base that may have different expectations communication styles and preferred methods of contact.

- Work with a wide client base that may have different expectations communication styles and preferred methods of contact. ,
- Review emails and uploaded loan documents for completeness availability respond directly to inquiries when information is available appropriate forward emails or requests to the correct internal team when action is required either via email or by creating system actions to route items into the applicable team queue upload loan documents accurately into internal systems answer incoming phone calls through assigned phone queues provide professional timely assistance maintain clear accurate consistent communication while adhering company service standards document all actions communications according internal procedures.< / li>
