    Description:

    We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our guardrail install/repair crew. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and personnel to various job sites throughout the local area. You will also be involved in labor tasks to assist with the installation and repair of guardrails. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in extreme weather conditions, willing to travel, and perform long physical hours.

    Duties:

    • Operate a commercial vehicle (CDL Class A or B) safely and efficiently
    • Transport equipment, materials, and personnel to job sites
    • Load and unload equipment and materials from the truck
    • Assist with labor tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and materials
    • Work closely with the crew to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
    • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, hours worked, and fuel usage
    • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Valid CDL Class A license
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work safely under adverse environment and weather conditions

    Experience Level:

    Intermediate Level
