    About The Team

    The Digital Team is responsible for driving website sales, managing our brands online presence, and enhancing the overall ecommerce customer experience across 17+ Shopify Stores and 5+ Wordpress sites around the world.

    We are looking for a highly driven and experienced digital marketer to oversee our D2C efforts.

    The ideal candidate is a results-driven, strategic thinker with experience in identifying new opportunities for digital growth, planning and executing new digital projects, while also managing the existing digital infrastructure.

    About The Role

    In this role, you will be responsible for meeting online sales targets, executing online promotions, managing website content and driving digital projects forward.

    Partnering with our technical team, you will be managing integrations between our website properties and other platforms in our tech stack such as Netsuite and Salesforce.


    Leading a team of digital marketing professionals, you will be an excellent communicator, help foster collaboration from within the team and be comfortable working in a fast paced, creative environment.


    You will work closely with our Amazon, Marketing Communications, and Brand teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and markets.

    You will thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, be highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

    eCommerce Director


    Responsibilities:
    Identifies new opportunities to improve online conversion rates and drive online sales
    Collaborates with web developers and designers to implement changes that enhance user experience
    Manages all digital content and product listings
    Executes a global promotional calendar across our eCommerce stores
    Manages website design and development projects
    Works alongside technical team to manage integrations from websites to Netsuite, Salesforce, and other software/marketplaces
    Manages integration between reviews software and Salesforce
    Identifies new opportunities for SEO improvement and manage execution of SEO strategy
    Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    Assist in the design and execution of digital sales funnel, taking an integrated approach across Email Marketing, Social Advertising, Google Ads and other relevant digital channels
    Assists and supports our agency partnerships
    Leads a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
    Collaborates with our team Social Media Managers, Marketing Coordinators, Web Developers and Designers to delivered a consistent, superior brand experience across all digital channels

    Minimum Educational Qualifications:
    BA Degree in Marketing, or related experience

    Minimum Previous Experience:

    6+ years in a similar Digital Marketing role
    2 years experience in directly managing eCommerce sales channels highly preferred
    1-2 years experience in Website project management highly preferred

    Other Skills:

    1-2 years supervisory experience, managing direct reports in digital marketing or similar
    Experience in Shopify, Wordpress & Klaviyo highly desirable
    Experience in Google Keyword Planner & Keyword Research
    Superior knowledge of Photoshop, HTML & CSS
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must; ability to analyze data and take actions to efficiently address identified problems and issues effectively
    Be highly organized with strong time-management and project management skills
    Knowledge of Google Docs applications or Microsoft equivalent
    Strong interest and knowledge in Cosmetics / Beauty
    Related work experience in the luxury, fashion or beauty industries is a plus
    Experience with digital advertising is a plus
