    Job Summary:
    The Process Support Engineer is a key member of the technical operations team, responsible for supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing activities.

    Operating within the Manufacturing Pilot Plant, this role contributes to projects related to New Product Introduction (NPI) and the enhancement of existing commercial processes.

    The Process Support Engineer will engage in hands-on work on the production floor, emphasizing continuous improvement, adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and meticulous documentation practices.


    Job Duties:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and process optimization initiatives.
    Work closely with the technical operations team to supervise and optimize manufacturing processes within the Manufacturing Pilot Plant.

    Contribute to the development and documentation of manufacturing processes, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

    Assist in the drafting of specification documents and the creation of comprehensive technical reports to support process improvements and regulatory compliance.

    Actively participate in the execution of process-related tasks, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of manufacturing operations.

    Maintain a proactive approach to learning and development, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skill sets in process engineering and manufacturing operations.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency, quality, and safety within manufacturing processes.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred). Will consider a closely related discipline.
    Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
    Ability to work hands-on in a production environment.
    Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
