Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Plant Controller for a direct hire/permanent role in Madison, NE.

This role will be responsible for:

Monitoring expendituresDeveloping and implementing internal controlsMonitoring for fiscal complianceEvaluating cost effectiveness, generating internal external reports, analyzing information, and managing customer relations.

Scale house accounting, yield reporting, payroll accounting, profit loss reporting, CIR reporting, and month-end general ledger reportingSupervising accounting personnelQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and/or equivalent work experience in related field.3+ years related experience preferred.

Standard computer skills; Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:
Plant manufacturing experience either as an accountant or a controller.
Additional InformationThis direct hire/permanent role will be onsite/ in the office in Madison, NE. This role will pay between $61,000 - $130,000 per year and along with a comprehensive suite of benefits. Relocation assistance can be offered for this role.
