Within the MSC Technology structure, the

IT BUSINESS ANALYST - focus Testing

position's mission is to work for providing analysis, develop and maintain reports for HQ projects.
The position requires analytical skills with a strong technical background, specially on the testing field.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the understanding of business needs and be able to translate business need into technical solutions.
worked in integrations between different systems - technical integrations more than data/functional
creates use cases - mandatory fields, field type, structure of the message etc

Provide guidance to the developer during all phase of the development, to ensure that the delivery is aligned with the business requirements.

Perform and document data analysis, data testing, ad-hoc reports and POC validation using SQL on MS SQL servers.
Follow directions and priorities given by Functional Manager in Geneva.
Report any project/product issue to Functional Manager in Geneva.
Development experience
Additional Responsibilities
Carry on developments using the Agile methodology.
Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the Company.
Project Management.
Qualifications and Experience

Required:
Excellent data analysis skills using SQL
work background as a tester or BA
Load test knowledge
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and organization skills
Comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent business requirement writing and minute taking skills
Strong attention to detail & solve complex task
Ability to work on own initiative
Very motivated to learn the business aspects
Good time management
Fluency in English (oral and written)

Preferred:
worked with JSON files to understand the data and checked the structure and format
Multicultural experience in working with different teams
experience with EDI file
experience with Agile SCRUM
JMeter knowledge (also technical)
