    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Effectively and efficiently troubleshoot, correct, and repair equipment to maintain safe production.
    • Complete maintenance tasks of PMs (Preventive Maintenance), inspections, pump/gearbox rebuilds, electrical troubleshooting, and changing out mechanical/electrical components.
    • Identify equipment problems found during inspections and PMs to prevent equipment down time.
    • Initiate root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat problems.
    • Maintain a clean work area and maintain thorough records.
    • Be available for call-in situations on assigned weekends.
    • Willing to come in early or work over to cover production needs.
    • Role model best practices to help further develop our Safety Culture.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (Examples: Electronic/Control systems, pneumatics, PLC systems, industrial automation, industrial refrigeration, etc.)
    • Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.
    • Knowledge of electricity and electronic principles (Examples: motor starters, contactors, relays, 3 phase power).
    • Experience troubleshooting and installing/aligning mechanical components (Examples: pumps, gear boxes, bearings, conveyors).
    • Understanding of electrical schematics and P&IDs.
    • Team-oriented personality.
