Qualifications

3+ years professional experience in systems administration

Active Secret clearance level or higher

IAT Designator / IA Level 2 (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)

Comply with the certifications in the Cyber WorkForce (CWF) directives

Experience training junior system administrators

Experience with customer interface and training on software applications, computers, and information technology

Ability to work with others, communicate effectively, and work in an organized manner

Ability to analyze and solve problems

Ability to work independently and within a team

HS or GED equivalent

Job Description
In this role, you will administer and support daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers.
Duties typically involve the installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation.
You will maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services including monitoring hardware and software system configuration.
Additionally, you will train staff on applicable software, assist customers with information technology, and provide instruction on computers and applications.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with junior systems administrators
-Top Secret clearance
- Submarine C4ISR systems experience
