    $21/hour and $31.50 for OT

    REQUIREMENTS:
    1+ year of Customer Service in Call Center or Office Setting

    Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Rep Job Description:
    Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
    Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
    Great customer service with high level attention to detail.
    Entering information accurately
    Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from calls a day depending on complexity.
    Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers
    THIS IS 100% ON-SITE IN TEMPE ARIZONA
    MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY MONDAY-SUNDAY between 5AM-10PM (8 hour shift)
