They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Muscle Shoals, AL to lead an established team in their South Central territory.
What You'll DoDevelop and execute sales strategies and plans
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
Create and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
Support product launches and promotional activities
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; Master's preferred
Experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
Proficient in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willing to travel
