    Job Overview

    We are seeking compassionate and dynamic Behavioral Therapists to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services.

    About the Position

    As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans. These plans are designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
    • Implement evidence-based treatment plans to promote positive behavioral changes in children.
    • Maintain accurate records of client progress and submit reports as required.

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • At least one year of experience working with children who have disabilities.
    • Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is preferred.

    • Competitive salary based on education and experience: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

    Location and Hours

    We offer center-based opportunities throughout NJ, PA, DE, MA, VA, CT, and AZ. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
