    Front Office Supervisor possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training and scheduling.

    Front Office Supervisor lead the Guest Service Agents who are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.

    This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

    Front Office Supervisor are responsible for leading the front desk operation, which includes service recovery & handling guest concerns, colleague coaching, and being prepared to assist in the unlikely event of an emergency.

    Reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Manager. Our Front Office Supervisor are expected to take ownership over the front desk department and its overall performance.
    The pay range is $24.75/HR - $30.94/HR
