    Position Purpose: The main goal of the Maintenance Manager is to oversee the maintenance of all power equipment and building infrastructure in a cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include ensuring the facility components like refrigeration, plumbing, and structure are always audit-ready.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily work and safety of associates handling building maintenance, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, beverage department, power industrial equipment, and security. Ensure safe and compliant facility upkeep and readiness for audits.
    • Recruit, evaluate, mentor, and develop maintenance staff. Maintain positive associate relations through regular meetings, open communication, and enforcement of company policies. Coordinate with the Safety department for training, safety inspections, and accident investigations. Make suggestions for improvement and handle disciplinary actions if necessary.
    • Supervise the selection, purchase, utilization, and inventory of Company assets supporting facility maintenance, beverage department, and power industrial equipment. Coordinate with other departments for efficient repairs and upgrades. Propose efficiency enhancements and cost-saving measures.
    • Oversee and monitor department projects for quality and timeliness. Utilize maintenance tracking software for task management and ensure the safety and functionality of all power equipment.

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    Experience:

    • Three years of maintenance management experience
    • Level 2 Ammonia Operation Certification required
    • HAZWOPER 24 hrs Training required
    • Refrigeration certificates, licenses, and registrations required

    Skills:

    • Understanding of general building maintenance, refrigeration, plumbing, processing equipment, welding, and Audit preparation. Ability to train personnel on equipment operation and hiring skills.
