    Join a rapidly expanding US-based financial services company, providing comprehensive individual and business tax, and consulting services to a diverse client base.

    As a Manager - Individual Tax, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing individual and business tax returns.

    With 4-5 years of experience and a bachelors degree (CPA/EA,
    MBApreferred), you'll help clients navigate complex tax regulations, ensuring compliance and financial efficiency.

    Compensation Range:
    $70,000- $90,000


    Responsibilities:
    Review US Individual & Business tax returns, including state income tax filings.
    Solely handle mid-complex to complex returns.
    Determine optimal tax strategies for clients.
    Have knowledge of International information reporting (FBAR, FATCA, Form 8621, 3520, 3520A, 5471, 8865, etc.).
    Understand and ensure clients' compliance with filing requirements based on their tax scenarios.
    Provide a solid understanding of US tax implications for individual tax filing.
    Research, analyze, and interpret changing tax rules.
    Explain different tax laws to clients, helping them understand legal obligations and adapt to changes in tax legislation.
    Represent clients in front of the IRS for tax matters with proper Power of Attorney (POA).
    Be involved in consultancy and research projects.
    Contribute to in-house training

    meetings/management

    group meetings on technical topics.
    Supervise Tax Assistants, support their career development.
    Experience with Drake or Lacerte tax software.

    Preferences:
