    The position may be based in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area, or Chandler, AZ
    We are looking for a Tier I Network & Security Operations Team Lead with responsibility to provide daily management and oversight to a team of 40+ operators providing support for a network, cybersecurity and cloud operations on a 24x7x365 basis
    The team will monitor network and cloud resources to detect and respond to service impacting events, cybersecurity incidents, and alerts

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide direction, guidance, and oversight for Tier 1 support services that include Monitoring; Analysis; Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving; Triage and Escalation to other support entities as needed; Tracking; Reporting; and Closing service requests
    • Ensure first-line investigation and diagnosis of all incidents, logging all details
    • Manage technical services and support at the Tier I level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and other network devices and tools; and support for remote access platforms such as VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
    • Manage, monitor, and track hybrid, cloud, and bare metal infrastructure supporting required SLAs to ensure customer mission support
    • Work with configuration and change management to ensure responsible change management and accurate configuration information is updated promptly
    • Inform customers of their incident's status at agreed intervals and continuously update incidents as needed
    • Notify stakeholders of high impact/priority failures using the appropriate escalation procedures
    • Lead, manage and mentor all Tier I staff
    • Provide senior level technical direction and engineering knowledge for all Tier I support activities
    • Provide, maintain, and continuously improve Tier 1 processes and SOPs
    • Collaborate and work closely with cyber security personnel and teams to respond to and resolve incidents and issues
    • Support the development of high-quality deliverables, including but not limited team daily status reports, incident investigation and case analysis, incident assessment and response, SOPs, and more
    • Lead daily operations and status briefing to senior internal and external stakeholders Basic Qualifications: • A CCNA or Network+ certification
    • A DOD 8570 IAT Level II or similar certification
    • A Bachelor of Science degree
    • A minimum of (5) five years of IT technical experience in WAN routing and switching in a large, geographically dispersed enterprise environment
    * A minimum of (5) five years of experience managing a geographically diverse team (40+) of multifunctional NOC or SOC operations staff in a 24x7x365 environment Preferred Qualifications: An ITIL v4 certification Clearance Requirements:


    • Must be a U.S
    citizen

    • Must hold a TS/SCI clearance
    • Must be able to obtain DHS EOD suitability; an active EOD suitability is highly desired For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
