- Performing accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Preparing journal entries for month-end closings
- Completing bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Communicating with external parties on behalf of high-net-worth clients
- Creating personalized financial documents, cash flow statements, budgets, and investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Associate's degree or three or more years of experience in an accounting environment
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledgers, payroll, and sales tax is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is a must
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
