+ Responsible for providing an admission H&P - assessment - diagnosis & management plan - referrals as deemed necessary - inpatient or outpatient consultations - supervision of Geriatric fellows and rotating medical trainees - evaluating referrals for inpatient admission or consultation - leading and participation in family conferences and being an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
