- Provide quality assurance for all internally developed externally bound discipline packages.
- Frequent contact with client document controllers for information needs on specific projects.
- Responsible for all drawing requests and returns submitted by our, Drafters, Designers and Engineers, including tracking the status of said requests.
- Research files and records on client's databases for projects.
- Adhere to all procedures and specifications governing the document control process, including but not limited to, document control procedure, document numbering specification, archiving specification, and other documentation defining the Document Control framework on any given project.
- Comply with the Company Records Management for controlled and uncontrolled documents.
- Execute project archiving and handover to next project phase / operations.
- Manage all electronic correspondence of documents for each project to/from our clients.
- Participate in cross-discipline engineering checks (requirements and use) and discipline approval processes in accordance with our internal procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of Document Control experience in industrial consulting engineering industry, preferred.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Requires self-motivation and ability to complete projects with strict deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- May require intricate data entry/clerical responsibilities.
- Proficient in Bluebeam Revu, Bluebeam Projects, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Adobe, MS Teams, preferred.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
- Ability to pass background screening.
