Turbine Technician Position

This role involves the maintenance and documentation of turbine engines on the Blackcomb pipeline.

• Perform routine evaluations of gas turbine engines and hardware for maintenance needs in accordance with technical specifications, manuals or other quality verification criteria using precision measuring equipment.

Maintenance responsibilities include auditing integrity of systems, testing and troubleshooting component failures, recommending corrective procedures, conducting repairs and installations as needed. Additionally, managing procurement processes with vendors is a key aspect of this role. Documenting all records related to assembly assessments,
disassembly procedures improvement recommendations, and work performed on machinery components/hardware are also essential tasks.
