    Summary

    The Senior Analyst, Business Planning & Analysis position will provide analytical & managerial support to Corporate Planning & Analysis Team by preparing annual operating plan & analysis, overseeing various operational projects and analyzing complex data sets to develop/enhance models that comply with the company strategy.

    Responsibilities
    • Annual Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis
      • Assist with the preparation of annual financial budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts with primary focus on providing financial analysis and insights
      • Support the continual improvement in budget and forecast processes to expand decision-making
      • Assist with the preparation of timely and accurate monthly financial result presentation of operations divisions
      • Review actual performance relative to budgets and forecast and prepare supporting variance analysis
      • Consult with accounting team to improve availability and flow of information
    • Risk Control & Performance Management - Finished Vehicles
      • Assist with the preparation and co-ordination of risk and control assessment for new business proposal
      • Reviewing new contracts and business proposals
      • Evaluate business / financial records and determine level of risk
      • Perform profit & loss analysis on the finished vehicle division's business with 3rd party OEMs
      • Assist with the development, maintenance and management of advanced reporting that provides actionable insight into the leavers of the business
    • Operational Support
      • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support business needs
    Compensation Range

    $58,000 - $65,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient with PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, database management, SAP
    • Ability to multi-taskand be detail oriented
    • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different departments along with current and future customers
    • Logically and systematically work through problems
    • Experience in financial planning & analysis or understanding or accounting/finance
    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • 3 - 5 Years of Direct Experience Required in Financial Planning & Analysis,Accounting, and/or Finance
      • 4 - 7 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
    • Experience in Vehicle Logistics and/or Automotive Industry preferred
