    The Global Innovation Lead Financial Analyst will provide finance business partnering and support for the Biosurgery and Wound Closure & Healing platforms within Ethicon, focusing on the synchronization of franchise project analytics, commercial strategy, execution, and budgeting. This position reports to the Ethicon Franchise WCHB Sr. Finance Manager.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Partner with WCHB sub-platform leadership in Global Strategic Marketing (GSM), R&D, PPMG, SC and other functions to craft strategies, prioritize investments, optimize innovation portfolio, lead product lifecycles, and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
    • Lead WCHB wide financial activities in support of strategic projects, to include portfolio optimization, insights on Sales, GP, Profitability etc.
    • Coordinating mid and long-range planning for financial activities, to include budgeting, reporting, pipeline valuations and relevant presentations to the WCHB platform leadership and Ethicon FP&A.
    • Support ad hoc, non-standard, and special project financial modeling across the WCHB platform.
