    **Description**

    NewcrestImage is is seeking a Starbucks Shift Leader for our Hampton Inn in Dallas property. Were looking for people with a zest for life and a passion for the hospitality industry to join our team

    NewcrestImage is a premier company in the hospitality space that designs, builds and operates state-of-the-art hotels for the most renowned brands in the industry. We are a trendsetting company that is acutely focused on culture and that strives to genuinely care for people so their lives are enriched.

    To support continued growth and this beautiful new concept, we are looking for a strong Leader that will be responsible for focusing on our associates, guests, financials, and this amazing outlet within the hotel. This critical role will manage a team over 10 or more amazing associates for this hotel and street accessible outlet.

    **REQUIREMENTS:**

    Develops positive relationships with the shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, need and concerns.

    Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes store opening and closing duties as assigned. Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.

    Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve associate performance.

    Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.

    Follows up with the baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary customer service for all customers.

    Provides quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

    Must be able to remain upright continuously on a hard surface for an 8-10 hour shift.

    Must be able to lift a minimum of 2 pounds up to 5 feet high without the aid of another person.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    2 years retail experience ideal

    1 year service industry required

    Starbucks experience highly desired
