What Makes You A Good Fit?
1. 5 to 15 years' experience as a Mechanical/Plumbing Estimator2. Experience with estimating software3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)4. Must be able to complete advanced mathematical functions5. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills6. Strong verbal and written communication skills7. Ability to work independently without constant supervision8. Strong attention to detail9. Strong time management skills
Responsibilities

• Analyze data to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
• Consult with Owners and Subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
• Review proposals to find the most cost-efficient way to complete projects for bidding
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, construction superintendents, and engineers to discuss and formulate estimates
• Prepare proposals, finalize estimates for prospective projects
• Site visits as needed
  Compensation & LocationThis position will be based out of
  Delray Beach, FL. This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that will include relocation costs, a base salary, bonus plan, monthly auto allowance or company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.
