- Provides reception and administrative support services to patients and providers within and outside the SHS system.
- DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
- The Mental Health teams at Samaritan Health Services provide a full range of professional mental health services through a team of highly skilled psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners and licensed clinical social workers.
- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience or training with computer applications required.
- One (1) year experience and/or training in a position of similar responsibility and complexity preferred.
- Experience or training in medical/insurance terminology preferred.
- Experience with practice management scheduling systems preferred.
- Mental Health experience preferred.
