    Job Summary
    The Manager, Network Operations will be responsible for supervising a team of network administrators, engineers, and architects.

    This individual will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business and its users.

    The manager will work closely with other departments to identify and implement solutions that improve network performance, security, and reliability.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise a team of network administrators, engineers, and architects
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement solutions that improve network performance, security, and reliability
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's network and data
    • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to network services and equipment
    • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in the field of network and data communications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Several years of experience in network administration, engineering, or architecture
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Indepth knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and security best practices
    • Proficiency in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning tools
    • Indepth knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and other network technologies.
    • Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, and F
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance in a large, complex environment.
