Dordt University has a full-time opening for a Clinical Supervisor at the Thrive Center for ABA.

The individual in this role will be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.

The supervisor will support a caseload of 6-10 clients treatment hours/week).

Strong team leadership skills with an emphasis on staff training and development and the ability to collect and interpret data for program development and evaluation are required.

Knowledge and experience using various evidence-based practices in treatment is also required.
