Job Description

The Digital Identity team is currently working on standing up and publishing a Customer Authentication policy and supporting artifacts (procedures & desktop documents). The Customer Authentication policy will be applicable to all LOBs and Support Areas. After publication, we will move to governance, specifically assessing compliance to policy. Establishing value and journey maps for different authentication experiences.

Required Technical Skills/Experience: (level 3)

• Confluence

• Jira

• SharePoint

• Excel

• Proficient/Experience with writing & governing corporate policy, procedures and desktop documents

• Technical writing - proficient with confluence, Jira and Microsoft office suite word, excel, Visio and PowerPoint

• Experience in authentication

• Applying authentication tools

• Familiarity with FIDO

Preferred Years of Experience:

• 5-7 years Banking Industry experience Preferred, but authentication would take president

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Outgoing and assertive

• Motivated

• Seek to understand

• Someone who can hit the ground running
