    Role Description:

    We are seeking a full-time Key Account Manager to join our team onsite to maintain and grow relationships with the company's key clients. The Sales Representative will play a vital role in inside sales, lead generation, prospecting, communication, and business development. Working closely with management, they will identify and qualify leads, promote IPS Assembly's products and services, and foster relationships with potential clients. To be successful as a Sales Development Representative, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics to formulate trends and improve business marketing strategies. Ultimately, an exceptional Sales Development Representative should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising the quality of the services we provide, while also undergoing new sales initiatives to increase customer acquisition.

    Salary: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 and is based on qualifications and results of the interview. Additionally, the role would be incentive-based with sales commissions and other benefits. Upon surpassing the determined salary through commissions, this amount would become your effective "salary".

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct inside sales activities and lead generation efforts.

    Work collaboratively with management to identify and qualify leads.

    Promote IPS Assembly's products and services to potential clients.

    Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through company visits and presentations.

    Act as the main point of contact between key clients and management.

    Develop unique strategies to drive business growth and expand the client base.

    Develop a deep understanding of our key clients' needs and prepare customized solutions.

    Analyze data and sales statistics to enhance business and marketing strategies. Compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for management.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.

    Proven experience in customer account management.

    Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

    Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Strong inside sales and lead generation skills.

    Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and execute sets of tasks. Very strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Prior experience in Electronics/Manufacturing knowledge is strongly preferred, but not required.
