    Description

    A National client in Kansas City is actively seeking an employment litigation associate to join our dynamic team. This presents a fantastic opportunity for an attorney with three to five years of litigation experience who is eager to develop their practice under the guidance of seasoned attorneys. While prior employment litigation experience is preferred, candidates with several years of general civil litigation background are also encouraged to apply. We value individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and possess a growth-oriented mindset, as we aim to foster a strong sense of community within our team.

    Responsibilities

    • working alongside a team to handle various litigation matters from inception to resolution. This includes tasks such as responding to pleadings, overseeing discovery processes, conducting depositions, presenting arguments in motions, and engaging in mediations.
    • Interact directly with clients, assisting them with their daily concerns and offering guidance through challenging business situations.
    • Embrace innovation and technology, and we welcome team members who are enthusiastic about leveraging these tools to enhance our practice.

Admission to the Missouri Bar is required, with Kansas Bar admission being preferred.
