- Procurement of new locations - sales branches, warehouses, whatever else is needed.
- Negotiate leases in alignment with DaBella's budget. Complete tenant improvements on time and within budget.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, as a liaison between the sales branch and landlord.
- Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding sales branch inquiries, problems, and complaints.
- Ensure fire, life, and safety standards are being practiced at DaBella locations.
- Coordinate office services where required.
- Complete other special projects and duties as assigned.
- Requires a four-year course of study resulting in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a similar field of study, or a demonstrable equivalency in relevant experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in commercial Multi-tenant Property management or Real Estate management with supervisory responsibilities is required (Residential property management (apartments/condos) does NOT qualify as experience for commercial building management)
- Yardi, MRI software experience or equivalent is preferred
- Must have a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of building and legal codes is essential; multitasking and organizational abilities are also important.

- Analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, and business reports/documents.
- Effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisors, and/or management.
