    DaBella is currently seeking to hire a detail-oriented individual who has experience in Property Management. The ideal individual will thrive working in a fast-paced environment supporting the needs of DaBella branch offices, at 51 and growing

    Status: Full-Time

    Travel: Some required (25%)

    Compensation: $50k - $60k annually

    SUMMARY
    • Procurement of new locations - sales branches, warehouses, whatever else is needed.
    • Negotiate leases in alignment with DaBella's budget. Complete tenant improvements on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, as a liaison between the sales branch and landlord.
    • Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding sales branch inquiries, problems, and complaints.
    • Ensure fire, life, and safety standards are being practiced at DaBella locations.
    • Coordinate office services where required.
    • Complete other special projects and duties as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
    • Requires a four-year course of study resulting in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a similar field of study, or a demonstrable equivalency in relevant experience.
    • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in commercial Multi-tenant Property management or Real Estate management with supervisory responsibilities is required (Residential property management (apartments/condos) does NOT qualify as experience for commercial building management)
    • Yardi, MRI software experience or equivalent is preferred
    • Must have a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of building and legal codes is essential; multitasking and organizational abilities are also important.
    • Ability to:
      • Analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, and business reports/documents.
      • Effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisors, and/or management.
