The Records Technician will handle customer service administrative functions including answering calls researching records collecting fees payments preparing daily cash reports maintaining records documentation notarizing official records reviewing assigning validating records ensuring accurate data entry compliance with national state local guidelines coding initial incident complaint arrest reports according to violation type pertinent information state statutes federal reporting systems entering information maintaining data integrity computer system databases providing criminal activity management statistical reports special searches processing permits licensing documents conducting reviewing background checks responding court ordered expunctions sealing juvenile records orders non disclosure managing digital evidence uploading exporting police evidence case tracking systems preparing audio video media redactions video audio tracks release laws responsible equipment preventive maintenance tools notify leadership unsafe conditions work area report leadership.
