    • Job Description:Sales Managers manage, train, and direct the Sales Representatives teamMust have experience with Wholesaling and AuctionsMust be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum grossActively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high moraleProfessional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
