    Grow your career as a Documentum Administrator with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

    Will be responsible for installation, configuration and administration of Documentum suite of products.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
    • 6 to 10 years of experience in middleware technologies and application support role.
    • 4 years of experience using Open Text Documentum suite of products, Content Server, D2, Webtop, DFC, Xplore.
    • 2 years of experience and well versed with Unix/Linux, should be comfortable with scripting.
    • Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting Documentum Suite and Imaging scanning tools like KOFAX Capture and ABBYY FRS tools.
    • Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
    • Demonstrated analytical skills, issue tracking and reporting using tools.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • 2 years of experience in Log Monitoring tools such as, App Dynamics, Splunk, ELK.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Provide technical and business support for users of company applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
    • Maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
    • Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations.
    • Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.
    • Monitor & analyze applications to identify performance issues, potential risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
    • Utilize good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas to field issues and queries from stakeholders, provide short-term resolutions and work with relevant technology partners for long term remediation.
    • Act as a liaison between users, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.
    • Make evaluative judgements based on analysis of information. Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions cooperation with Development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.
    • Participate in custom solution releases, from development, testing and deployment into production.
    • Perform testing, upgrades & checkouts after new version releases and infrastructure updates.
    • Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
    • Drive ideas and information impacting the business positively by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others.
    • Active involvement in and ownership of support project items, covering stability, efficiency, and effectiveness initiatives.
    • Perform duties and functions as assigned in a concise and logical manner.
    • Operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
    • Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
    • Partner with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.
    • Participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production.
    • Engage in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
    • Consider implications of the application of technology to the current environment. Identifies risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues; communicates impact.
    • Act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.
    • Expected to be able to raise problems to appropriate technology and business teams, while adhering to Service Level Agreements.
    • Exhibit sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
    • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
