    Senior Accountant Role:

    As a Senior Accountant with our organization, you will play a key role in overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, and supporting financial analysis and decision-making.

    You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
    Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes.
    Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making processes.

    Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements, including US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
    Minimum four years of experience in an accounting role, with previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
    Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time management skills.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team mitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretionClick here to apply online
