About the Position:
The Supervising Counselor supports the Program Director and Associate Program Director in the day-to-day programming activities provid direct supervision to the AOD Counselors OMCP Mentors assists in providing program coverage including but not limited to CBI program components What you will do:
- Supervise approximately six (6) AOD CounselingPeer Navigator staff.
- Evaluate staff performance provide applicable coaching training.
