    Senior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget
    • Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
    • Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays or cost overruns
    • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
    • Uphold quality standards and compliance with building codes and regulations
    • Foster strong relationships with project teams and collaborate effectively across departments
    Senior Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects
    • Proven experience in estimating and cost management, including proficiency with estimating software and tools
    • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach
    • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
