Looking for a results-driven, self-motivated, forward-thinking accountant with experience in broker dealer accounting and regulatory reporting. This role will support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting functions for the U.S. Broker Dealer and other U.S. subsidiaries in compliance with U.S. GAAP and other regulatory reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of the daily & weekly customer reserve calculation, as well as ensuring continuous compliance with SEA Rule 15c3-3.
Assist in the preparation and review of the daily & monthly net capital computation, as well as ensuring continuous compliance with SEA Rule 15c3-1.
Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting, including the preparation and review of the Balance Sheet, P&L, Member's Equity & Cash Flow statements.
Assist in the preparation and review of the annual financial statements, as well as the completion of the firm annual audit.
Assist in training and supporting of finance team staff members.
Assist with development, implementation & compliance with internal controls over compliance and financial reporting.
Liaison with internal & external auditors, tax accountants, and regulatory examination teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in accounting or finance.
CPA License (certified public accountant)
Client Series 27 License
Public Accounting/Audit Background
Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations, primarily SEA Rule 15c3-1 and SEA Rule 15c3-3.
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Pluses:
Experience with Oracle Fusion
CFTC/NFA Futures experience
Public company accounting
SOX compliance
