    **Job Duties**

    The Supply Chain and Inventory Manager is a critical member of the Operations team. The primary focus of this position is to own the overall process of material procurement to support all of the company's manufacturing operations.

    Expectations include:

    Create and manage a line of balance/material forecast

    Understand and coordinate inventory-related changes that impact the balance sheet or cash flow

    Report key performance indicators to senior-level management

    Communicate risk effectively

    Resolve material related issues both internally and externally

    Build trusting relationships with our vendors

    Use data to drive decisions

    Lead the utilization of our MRP system (Microsoft Dynamics) in all aspects related to Inventory Management
