    Location: 22- MD Spa and Surgery Center (Cottonwood Heights, UT)

    The role of the Patient Care Coordinator is to achieve business growth through sales of treatments, procedures, and products as well as meeting and exceeding the goals of the providers and implementing strategic plans that meet the needs of our patients.

    Job duties include:

    • Patient greeting and communication from our front desk via phone, text and email
    • Scheduling of patients for aesthetic procedures and injectable treatments
    • Collect payments, manage inventory of retail products and injectables
    • Educating patients on available aesthetic treatments, retail products and surgical procedures
    • Support and collaboration with patients and providers
    • Coordinate, create and post content on social media platforms
    Requirements:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent phone skills. Must be very comfortable making outbound calls and receiving inbound phone calls, answering questions and speaking with current and potential patients.
    • Must be able to deliver a dynamic customer experience via phone, text, and email with a friendly, positive, welcoming attitude.
    • Must be able to handle pressure under stress of multitasking multiple duties at the same time.
    • Excellent sales skills. Must have the ability to promote medical spa products, procedures, and services through education, patient outreach, and consultative selling.
    • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and willing to learn new programs. Electronic scheduling program knowledge, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience a plus.
    • Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
    • Must have a basic knowledge of social media marketing and experience creating media posts.
    • Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, providers, employees, and other professionals.
    • Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.
    • Must be able to conduct business with professionalism and confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
    • Dedicated to vision and practice goals.
    • Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice is helpful.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Open availability (Mon-Friday 40hr/week. One Saturday a month isrequired)
