REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor,
F L S A Designation: Non-Exempt ,
WAGES: Begin at $14/hr,, increasing to $15/hr after 6 months SIGNING BONUS: A signing bonus in the amount of$2500 for full-time (37.5+hrs/week) contracted custodians,,and$1250 for part-time (under 37.5hrs/week) contracted custodians will be offered to all new hires.
The bonus will be payable in two installments:The first payment will be in the amount of$1000(FT)or$500(PT)andwillpayable on the first payday after the custodian has completed3months of work.The second payment willbeintheamountof$1500(FT)or$750(PT )payablethefirstpaydayattheconclusionoftheemployeessix-monthprobational period.

• Vacuumsrugsandcarpets
• Dusts,waxeshandles,furnitureandsurfaces
