    ➔ Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    ➔ No nights, no weekends, no on-call duties.

    You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

    ➔ BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing

    ➔ BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 12 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).

    ➔ Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.

    ➔ You'll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

    Supported, Not Micromanaged

    ➔ Owners are not involved in clinical decisions

    ➔ You will be supported by our clinic's experience Clinical Director

    ➔ SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training

    ➔ SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.

    ➔ All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.

    ➔ To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
