    The Administrative Assistant routes calls, takes customer payments, and assures that customers receive great service by telephone and in person. The Associate is also responsible for general business office functions.

    Primary Job Responsibilities

    • Answer phone and transfer calls
    • General office duties: greeting visitors and guests, receiving packages, processing mail, organizing supplies, utilizing office equipment
    • File and data management
    • Provide sales support; process credit card transactions for customers
    • Cycle counting
    • Filing and handling transfer disputes
    • Accounts payable matching
    • Filing and handling receiving disputes with vendors
    • Cash management
    • End of year closing
    • Order management (change orders/credits/refunds)
    • HR support - setting up Interviews; coordinating onboarding; associate engagement

    Required Experience and Skills

    • High School Diploma or GED

    Preferred Experience and Skills

    • Administrative experience
    • Customer service experience
    • Experience with billing/invoices
