  • Engineering Excellence

  • Partner with stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to identify business, information, technical and security architecture issues, and act as a strategic consultant throughout the technology lifecycle.
  • Define architecture principles, guardrails, standards, and policies.
  • Provide architecture leadership and oversight for transformational enterprise impacting initiatives.
  • Lead the enterprise architecture assessment to identify reuse opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, frameworks, and patterns as references for engineers and architects.
  • Construct deliverables that demonstrate how to move a company toward realizing its strategic goals and targeted business outcomes using structured approaches.
  • Lead formulation of strategies for the enterprise services like search, content management, data, integration, micro-services, etc.
  • Facilitate enterprise strategy development, opportunity identification, business cases, technology adoption
  • Thought Leadership

  • Liaise with subject matter experts across the industry and within the organization to accomplish enterprise architecture goals and objectives.
  • Participate in the architecture community of practice, internal knowledge sharing sessions, external events such as Adobe Summit, Dreamforce and customer briefings.
  • Lead analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture.
  • Qualifications

    Your skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years progressively responsible experience with direct responsibility for digital business transformation formulation leveraging various multi-vendor MarTech platforms.
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture (Business, Data & Applications) with a focus on MarTech eco-systems.
  • Proficient in planning enterprise-wide digital transformation programs using Salesforce, AWS and other digital platforms.
  • Proven success in MarTech implementation areas like population access, activation and digital campaign for HLS (Pharma) a must.
  • Experience with Patient Support Platforms preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare and Pharma specific implementations using health Cloud, Marketing cloud, Datarama, Veeva and others.
  • Proven ability to lead the creation of architecture assessments, roadmaps, and strategies.
  • Experience in defining and documenting Enterprise Architecture current, interim, and future states, capabilities, mapping applications to capabilities, performing capability gap analysis, defining business values and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps.
  • Strong leadership skills and superior visual and oral presentation skills – comfortable presenting to large and small groups, with business and technical attendees
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and technical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, listening, influencing, and negotiation, including the ability to create marketing and messaging materials that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Experience facilitating and leading multi-disciplined, high-performance teams. Experience with large scale project delivery (e.g., Customer Relationship Management, Business Intelligence / Enterprise Data Platform, Enterprise Resource Planning / Financials, etc.).
  • Ability to enable decision making by collaborating with key stakeholders and the extended Publicis Sapient team to deliver results, and to resolve conflicts expediently.
  • Proven success in applying a structured approach to analyze business problems and architect innovative technology-based solutions within the defined enterprise guidelines and standards.
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS), PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies (eg. SAFe), infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks (eg TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Ability to define, maintain and manage architecture models, frameworks, and artifacts and their building blocks (lower-level component) for the enterprise.
  • Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions.
  • Ability to estimate the financial impact of Enterprise Architecture options
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills. Experience with innovation and ideation methods, such as design thinking
  • Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes
  • Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies and apply them to business needs
  • Familiarity with basic graphical modeling approaches, tools, and model repositories
