    De producten vinden hun weg over de hele wereld, zo'n 40% van de producten wordt geïnstalleerd in Nederland. In totaal bestaat het projectteam uit 5 man waaronder project engineers, projectmanager en een service manager. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en faciliteren van de groep monteurs op eigen werkplaats en olieplatformen. De groep monteurs bestaat uit ongeveer 10 man.

    Deze mooie projectmatige organisatie in de olie & gas industrie heeft per direct een positie voor een Project Engineer E&I.

    Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Project Engineer E&I?
    Als Project Engineer E&I (werkvoorbereider) werk je in een team van 3 – 4 collega's aan de werkvoorbereiding en begeleiding van opdrachten.
    Als Project Engineer begint je de dag tussen 7:00 & 9:00 uur. Rond 9:00 uur is er een teammeeting en wordt de voortgang van het project besproken.

    Zijn er nog vragen vanuit de werkplaats? Gaan we de deadline halen voor de oplevering? Zijn alle bestelde producten aanwezig in de werkplaats?
    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het doornemen van klant aanvragen, het uitvoeren van calculaties en het bepalen van risico's.

    Zodra een order in opdracht komt bereid je de inkoop van materialen en diensten voor. Je maakt een projectplanning en onderhoud je nauw contact met de klant. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van de werkpakketten en stelt de werkinstructies op voor de uitvoering.
    Tijdens de uitvoering begeleidt je de technici op het gebied van o.a. scope afwijkingen. Als de opdracht gereed is, zorg je voor de afhandeling van de projectadministratie. Je rapporteert over de voortgang van de opdracht aan de Project Manager E&I.
    Wanneer ben je een aanvulling voor het team?

    Hbo opleiding in de richting van Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica;
    Ervaring binnen de zware industrie of Olie & Gas is mooi meegenomen.

    Wij bieden

    Inschaling tussen € 3.250 en € 4.000 bruto per maand;
    25 vakantie- en 13 ATV dagen;
    Pensioenregeling bij StiPP;
    Na het jaarcontract bij Xelvin heb je uitzicht op een contract bij het bedrijf.
