    The Human Resources team builds collaborative strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support the organization's mission, goals and initiatives. We develop areas such as workforce staffing and development, operational support, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations and organizational effectiveness.

    If you are a relationship builder skilled at organizational management, Candidate Management, and network building, you could be our next Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment cycle for positions ranging from entry level, high volume positions to top-level management.

    You will work closely with key stakeholders and other recruiters to provide input into developing effective recruiting strategies, campaigns and pipelines that focus on filling critical positions with quality candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. One (1) to three (3) years of direct recruitment or related experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Direct recruiting experience in a large corporate environment.

    Hawai'i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position.

    Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
