Oversees a 13-unit Memory Care Facility Specializing in Dementia with Behavioral Disturbances in partnership with an LPN. Better staffing ratios than SNF.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Health Services (RN) overseesthe clinical department of the Community Based Care facility and ensures resident care needs are met.This position will conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate residentcare, and provide supervision and teaching to health services team members.
