    Position Description:
    The Cybersecurity Manager will support the execution of product cybersecurity elements across global programs and services.

    Executions include working with multiple security, IT and engineering leadership/stakeholders and a variety of security, IT and engineering technical resources to identify and plan physical and cybersecurity work to meet/exceed corporate initiatives.


    Position Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in related field:
    Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Business/Administration, Education, Technical, Management, Technology.

    Twelve (12) years' experience and/or a combination of education and experience.

    Intermediate knowledge of current cybersecurity industry trends and new emerging technologies, software, and architectures.

    Intermediate knowledge of information security program design and applicable regulatory or statutory compliance, including SOX, and Cyber Security.

    Detail oriented.

    Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.

    Must be able to prioritize, work well in a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to function independently while maintaining clear communications with senior management.

    Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and demonstrate effective communication in speech and writing.


    Utilizes a broad internal and external network of professional contacts and resources to explore new approaches for solving problems and enhancing the department's capabilities.


    Computer software:
    Microsoft Office Suite

    Microsoft Project

    On-going continuing education and training associated with Cyber Security / IT Management.


    Essential Duties:
    Oversee and review project plan and schedule for all cyber security projects within region.

    Review project tracking matrix(es).

    Primary point of contact with regional clients.

    Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and Regional Managers

    Lead and manage Cyber Security Manager(s).

    Review and address risks to projects within region.

    Collaborate and communicate the developed plan for managing or mitigating identified risks.

    Review and facilitate collaboration with Divisions within Services Commissioning, Integrated Systems Consulting.

    Collaborate for standardizing Project solutions for all Projects.
